Photovoltaic flat roof

Possible on all roofs, whether bitumen, foil, trapezoidal sheet metal, or green roof. Without roof penetrations, as the „Aero“ system (East-West or South) is an aerodynamic substructure with wind load calculation. The module tilt is 11°. If the roof is constructed with trapezoidal or sandwich sheet metal, the system is secured with holders on the high seam.  

The „Aero“ substructure stands freely on EPDM feet (except for trapezoidal sheet metal roofs), allowing for unrestricted drainage. With trapezoidal sheet metal, water can drain unimpeded.

The static load is 11 kg/m² for building heights up to 12m, making it suitable even for roofs with structural limitations that could not previously be fitted with photovoltaic systems. For buildings over 12m in height, it may be necessary to secure the corners with additional ballast stones to ensure safety against uplift forces. However, sometimes it is sufficient to install the PV system 1.4m from the roof edge/parapet. We create a static wind and ballast calculation for every roof.   

The assembly is reduced by setting up the substructure without the additional effort of mounting it on the roof. This results in cost savings here as well.

You, as a reseller, will also receive the wind and ballast calculations. We will supply you with the complete substructure, including everything that goes with it. You will only need your tools.
